How come you don’t ship everywhere?
At this time maisontrap.com is unable to ship to all locations, if you have any questions about shipping to a particular location please send an email to onlineshop@maisontrap.com

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once the order has been placed it is final and will need to be processed as a return.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the ship date on your shipping label for exchange or store credit.

How do I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to  onlineshop@maisontrap.com  for a return authorization. Please explain your concerns and whether you would like to make an exchange or receive store credit, you should send the item(s) purchased to the address below and once we receive it we will promptly exchange or issue a credit as you instruct within 10-12 business days. If you prefer a store credit, please specify in the email. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for returns. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization email.

If something is sold out, will it be replenished?
We rarely reproduce items, at MAISONTRAP.com we don’t generally offer large quantities. If you have a special request please notify us.
